Ive been dating a girl for 3 months. she says she likes me and wants to keep dating but she says she doesnt want to be my girlfriend (officially). And she says she isnt looking to go out and date other people but I can if i want...but then says she really likes me

should i just break up with and move on? or just sit her down and talk to her?

If I were dating a guy I REALLY liked, I would NEVER tell him it's okay to date other people. You need to consider the things she has said to you for sure! There are so many red flags here and something just isn't right. Women are usually territorial with their men and unless this girl is just the exception, then you might want to consider going ahead and dating other people.

She is not the type of girl who wants to be in a relationship at this point in time. I feel that if you get involved with her, you are just setting yourself up to be heartbroken.

After dating 3 months, that is sufficient time to decide weather you want to be exclusive or not and this is what I see:

*  doesn't want to have an exclusive relationship with you. (red flag)
*  tells you it' ok for you to see other people (red flag)
*  she like's you, but is not in love with you

I don't think sitting down and talking is going to change anything. This is what she feels and I think you should find someone who will love you and appreciate you for who you are withouth the above insecurities.....move on.
