Are you with him? If so leave him ! He doesn't care about you if he's telling you all these  things & comparing you with other women? Do the same to him , so he could see how it feels. &  let him know carrying he's child IS a big thing.

Smh that's so rude carrying a child for 40wks is hard an a big deal he shouldn't be acting like this or adding extra stress on yu ask him how would he like if yu compared him to another guy an say he didn't do **** for yu

Ugh, very sorry to hear this especially since you are pregnant by him.  He doesn't sound like he is committed to you or really that interested in a real relationship.  I'm very sorry about this.  I don't think the baby will hold you two together.  This is okay because dear . ..  don't you want to be with someone who respects you and treats you like you are special?  Doesn't take you for granted?  

What are these things other women are doing for him?  I'd really want to know.

I would definitely have a plan for how to handle things on your own because I sadly just don't think he's going to be there for you.  I'm very sorry dear.  peace

I don't think he go be there for his son either, he always quick to say he don't think our son is his. But little do he know I'M give him a DNA test and also have him on child support and he only go have weekends to spend with him

Hes asking you to do more for him! What about him doing more for you? If your the love of his life he would not be talking to you like this. Dont take belittling statements from anyone. Your special, talented and blessed and if she does not see these great qualities then i agree with mircle mommy. Ask him what has he done lately to change the world!
