I've been talking to a guy for awhile and we met on a dating site. Anyways friday sept 10th, night we decided to meet since I just moved here and am far away from home. I drove an hour to see him and we just watched a movie. He started tickling me and ended up making out. Anyways I was to scared to drive home (since I live in the mountains now) that night so he said I could stay. He was really nice, cuddled me all night long and in the morning he kissed me goodbye when he went to work and let me sleep in. I know thats a lot when we are just meeting. Anyways He started texting me sunday morning (that same weekend) and he was saying how I should wear less clothing next time and wants to fool around. Thats not me, I don't want to be used and I told him a long time ago it takes awhile for me to have sex. Well he said its fun, I don't know if he wants to use me or not. I think he can wait. Well I told him I should just stay home next time and he said no its a bad idea, and he said fooling around is fun but behaving isn't, but I told him not when I just met you and he said I know and i just said okay and he never texted back. He was so nice. I'm 20 and hes 24. We use to text about everything I don't get it. He sent me a text that same monday. then this week he said he was okay with my rules. Then i asked him why he doesn't text me but just says he is busy with work. I don't get it? On top of that another guy just told me he's getting back with his ex.  I'm beyond upset, its like no guy wants me, i go through like 10 guys a year and they all turn me down.  Its making me depressed.

It sounds, with the stupid "fooling around is fun but behaving isn't" line that he tried, like he was either merely interested in sex, or only interested in a relationship if it included sex pretty fast.  Is being with someone so important to you that you'll take a guy on those terms?  That's a fast road to being used over and over.  There are a lot of places to meet real people face to face that you can size up and get to know at your own speed, dating sites are not very real and don't tend to provide a complete relationship (unless of course it's a dating site that is specifically geared to people looking to get married).  You were pretty lucky that when you made yourself vulnerable to him by staying with him that you didn't get into a dangerous situation.  Write him off, move to a part of town where there are a lot of young people, and keep your eye open at work also.  You'll meet someone good.
