I'm having sex troubles and I'm not sure what to do?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for a little over a year now, and everything is great except for in the sex department. I'm not in anyway promoting unsafe sex, but my significant other (let's call him Ross for now) can't ... finish if we use a condom because it's not pleasurable enough for him, but if we don't use one, my vagina is too tight and it causes him to have small cuts on his penis and it's painful for him. (He's in-circumsized). The only solution we've come up with so far is to have sex like once a month without protection because it's not often enough for his skin to rub too much and cause the cuts, and it's more pleasurable because of the absence of the condom. Help?

Well, that's a conundrum, isn't it?  Not sure what to tell you.  Does artificial lubrication help with the vagina problem?  It should.  The vagina is also made to stretch as we do have babies through there and typically, it will accommodate various size penisis.  Perhaps the lubrication issue is what is going on.  Otherwise, I hate to say this but you may just not be sexually compatible and depending on how important that is to you, you will need to factor this into whether he is a keeper or not.  good luck
