I was in a waiting room last week, for a really long time, and happened to overhear two guys who came in discussing their experiences on Match.com.
It was hilarious. That is no place to meet normal people who are interested in a normal relationship, apparently.
If you're working and going to school full time, you're meeting and interacting with an enormous variety of people! In that situation you should be able to find available single women face-to-face.
I agree with Londres. I also want to add that I've browsed on dating sites out of curiosity, and IMO I think good pics are the #1 eye-catcher and if the person likes what they see then they will read the persons profile to see if they are compatible and looking for the same things. Some people just want sex, some people want friendships, some people are looking for something serious etc.
The magic of computers is if you think you've said something dumb, you can always hit delete and start again :) good luck.
"I work full time and attend school full time." After reading that, do you think you have time to put into a relationship? I mean, you are plenty busy. Perhaps it isn't the ideal time to date? Sounds like you are plenty busy with what you need to do at this time. Food for thought. A relationship is an option, not a necessity.
If you want to continue this online dating I would recommend viewing it LESS as a "interview," i.e. trying to say/write the "perfect" words to capture someone's attention. You are looking at this too technical. You don't need to be a great writer. Just be YOURSELF. Give a little background over yourself and state what you are looking for. Be concise and to the point. No one needs to know every little detail over your life in an online profile.
Be patient. It could take a while to find someone who is compatible. These things don't happen overnight.
Well I'm not into going out no more, the whole bar scene is over for me. I work full time and attend school full time. Where am I going to meet new people? Not at school for sure they are all so young. My job well I do tree work and military not many options there. So just trying to meet some folks. You have a better idea? Please let me know, thanks.
Why are you doing online dating?
