During sex, I needed to pee more than I could imagine. What's happening to me?

I am 21 and I'm just starting to have a sex-life. Today was the second time that I and my bf tried to get started. He has been masturbating for quite some years now, while I haven't ever masturbated successfully. I was never so aroused before to feel the need to go to the extent of masturbation. However, I did feel some orgasm-like sensations at times, but i could never insert even a sex-toy or a similar thing, thinking "why to go for the pain when I know it's just a toy! However, now I love the way my bf and i try out things and these stimulations now make sense to me. And now tha I am ready to put the pain second to the pleasure, I face a crazy problem--

I felt the "i need to pee" sensation when he was trying to insert. I initially thought that it would be a fake symptom, and the need to pee wouldn't be there. (Please note that I had emptied my bladder some while ago and did not take much water afterwards) However, when I went to pee, I did pee quite a lot! Then I had a similar feeling again and I again needed to (and did) pee. Effectively, I peed around 3 times in less than one hour and all this happened before orgasm. Infact, I could not reach the state of orgasm. I have read some similar posts, but in most cases, there was only a sensation of peeing, but in mine, the sensation wasn't false, and it was way too repetitive!

I am slightly concerned if it is normal to need to pee so much, and specially when I know I don't pee this much in routine. I mean it must have been a lot of dehydration! What do I need to do?

Thanks, dear :) I'd try and contact a gyne a.s.a.p. As of drinking soda or alcoholic drinks before, well, I didn't take any such fluid. Infact, i don't drink alcohol at all. Anyhow, thanks once again, and God Bless!

Also, if you drink before sex (alcohol or soda), this might also make it easy to urinate frequent...just a note.

I recommend that you make a quick phone call to the gyne and see if it is something that you will need to come in and get medical attention. It's unusual to urinate that much. Call and make sure you speak with the doctor or a nurse and ask. I'm sure they will be more than happy to give you information and tell you if you should go in for a quick check up. I think you are going to be just fine...Good luck!

thanks girls :) I hope it's not UTI, as I don't feel any pain or burning sensation while peeing. I emptied my bladder somewhat one hour before getting intimate. Going after sex sounds fine, but we couldn't even get to the penetration, thanks to my recurrent urge to pee! So, I needed to pee again and again before I could even get to the state of orgasm.

I'm just a little confused, though his weight on my bladder could be a probable cause. But still, there's a limit to urinating, where do I stop? It distracts me from the pleasure and if I don't go, I get this awkwardness of imagining the condition "leaking" at the wrong time.

Any more insight, please?

It's probably the pressure of his body against your bladder, especially after an orgasm. If you have not experienced an orgasm and still have to urinate, it has to be the pounding of his body on your bladder. I believe if you have an infection you would know by the frequency of urination, color and with UTI you also have pain. I think it's the physical pressure on your bladder. Get use to it,,,,we all get that urge to urinate after lovemaking and it helps the fluids come out (like a cleansing).  We all go immediately after sex. You will be ok.

Perhaps you have a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection).  That could give you that peeing sensation.  He could be rubbing against your bladder causing you to have that feeling.  Have you tried to empty your bladder just before you get intimate?  Usually right before I orgasm I get that sensation of feeling like I have to pee but I just let it go and orgasm.
