Thank you so much for your feedback :)
I apologize to my fellow regular posters for the great degree my spelling has deteriorated.
Did you have an episiotomy or a tear? I had an episiotomy with my first, and I actually had more problems with it than the tear.
He may have cut a nerve. I remember mine hurt several months after I delivered--I can't remember how many months past delivery, but I know it was within the first year.
I guess a nerve was working again because I got the sensation back later.
Air can be normal--even without a delivery. Maybe your partner is pulling out too far. If he is, ask him not to fully withdraw with each thrust.
Kegels will help with muscle tone--also--I didn't know this until a forum on sex toys got me to looking up sex toys--but there are little balls that you can insert. They might fall out easily until your muscles are strong enough to hold them in. There are different weights.
I have thought about trying them because I saw a uterine prolapse once and I am just petrified of that happening to me.
Also, just give your body some time. It has been through a rough experience. It can take up to a year to get tone back for some people.
Hope this helps:)
Exercises will help~ posibly, But talk to your doctor to check that there wasn't perment nerve damage, but sometimes after sirgery the nerves take longest to heal.
I also forgot to put that we are a young couple.
