Did she send the invitation to your father to return in an email or text form or other format that he still has, and can show the police?
No but she got a letter sent to my uncle house saying that I have to talk to a officer who works in that department rockrose
It sounds more like bullying and crazy behavior than like something she can convince the police to believe -- the police hear stuff like this a lot and will ask her for proof.
If there is an interview (in other words, if that letter came from someone official and not just from your dad's ex-girlfriend saying you need to have an interview), go to the interview with your dad, and have him be interviewed also. Explain just what you explained here. Try to stay calm, but don't hesitate to say that you feel very stressed by this lady. She is harassing your father with all of this, apparently in order to get back with him. If he is smart, he will have her send all communications to him from now on in texts or emails, and will save them all as evidence of what she is saying to him.
Unless she makes up a bunch of evidence and convinces her child to lie, she won't be able to interest the police in charging you with anything, and even if she got that far, your lawyer should be able to show there is no real proof of anything.
If it ever did reach the level of anyone pressing criminal charges, you will have a lawyer who will be your ally, will advise you all the way and will talk on your behalf; it will not be something you have to handle alone. Frankly, if her harassment reaches a high enough level, you and your dad would have a cause for filing a legal complaint against her. If I were your dad, I'd be considering filing a restraining order against her.
You must become independent of your father, and your father's choices in women in the future. and you need to walk away from your father now should he not walk away from this women now. It sounds like your dad should definitely get some closure for himself, but for you as well by getting a restraining order., otherwise to this women, it's still up in the air. It's unlikely she will take no for an answer. Obviously she is used to manipulating her way through life. That is of course, if she is making this up, and yes people do make this stuff up, but unfortunately, sometimes it is real. You must understand that if you are not guilty of this offense and there is no proof nothing will happen to you. Unfortunately if this women is mad enough that she doesn't get your dad back to her, it may lend itself to her doing something to make marks on her child but i doubt a 4 year old would get away with lying on both counts , that her mother didn't do something to him, and that you did. She has purposefully not made these allegations in text or email for whatever her reason, so she can not get charged for false accusations, so that she can get your dad back. I don't know. Maybe she's done it before and that's the reason. because she would not be believed by authorities. My own sister actually had some sort of a spat (I heard from afar) with her common law husband who had raised her daughter for 10 years from an infant and then they got back together. That wouldn't have happened had he done anything to her daughter (my sister is a big girl and would have thrown a punch had it been the case.),
You haven't mentioned your age, so i don't know if you're old enough to be on your own or not.
so now she is just accusing me of something that i did not do to her 4 year old kid but now she goes buy those swisher sweets from the store and she smokes them 24.7 because she would act weird sometimes because one time she had talked too to my dad over the phone and she was high and was saying oh you know whats going to happen to your son he is going to end up behind bars for a long time and stuff like that but they is no proof of me ever hurting the kid or that i never hit him or did anything to him inappropriate or provocative to the child or touched him in any kind of way to make the kid feel uncomfortable some opinion on how to resolve this problem once and for all after i talked to the police that works on those cases
