I smoked a tampon with the plastic part on. Help!

My stupid self thought it would be funny to smoke a tampon. However as I lit it I noticed that I let the flame burn the plastic piece on the tampon. I was then hit with a disgusting taste that left my throat a little dry. I did not have any problems right after but noticed that I had a slight headache in the forehead about a week after. However it had been two weeks since the incident and I have not shown any sevear symptoms but I am still very worried. I also have asthma if that means anything. I am 14
