H. Influenzae B, IgG what it means about my test result?

Did I catch H. Influenzae B??

Test Name Result Flag Reference Range Lab
H. Influenzae B, IgG
HAEMOPHILUS INFLUENZA TYPE B
ANTIBODY (IGG)
2.27 NORMAL mcg/mL 01
REFERENCE RANGE:
> or = 1.00 mcg/mL
INTERPRETIVE CRITERIA:
or = 1.00 mcg/mL Protective Antibody Level
IgG antibody to polyribosylribitol phosphate
(PRP), the capsular polysaccharide of Haemophilus
influenzae type b, is measured in micrograms/mL
(mcg/mL), based on correlations with a reference
Farr radioimmunoprecipitation assay (RIA). The
exact level of antibody needed for protection from
infection has not been clarified; values ranging
from 0.15 mcg/mL to 1.00 mcg/mL have been
reported. A four-fold increase in the PRP IgG
antibody level between pre-vaccination and
post-vaccination sera is considered evidence of
effective immunization.

Hi, are you still feeling ill?  That is a type of bug that the CDC actually tracks it.  Your health department would be in touch if you tested positive as it is reported.  https://www.cdc.gov/hi-disease/surveillance.html  Finding antibodies usually means that you are or were recently infected OR that your body responded to the vaccine most get for it. Were they testing for H flu or checking to see if you had antibodies to it so protected?  Hopefully your doctor can explain your report to you. Let me know.
