Respiratory Infections help ?

I have heart disease ( on respirator for 11 days in 2011 , later in same year had double- bi pass and mitro valve ) also diabetic with copd . In 12/2015 i had  sternal wire removed from my rib cage due to it broke and caused discomfort. Before going in for surgery i was diagnosed with bronchitis and they told me it , i could still get it done. It was same day simple surgery . 2 weeks later i did a sputum test which showed I had klebsiella oxytoca infection as well as pseudonomas aeruginosa. They treated me with cetamadine iv for 7 days and 10 days of doxycycline (oral). The klebsiella was gone but pseudonomas remained. They then put in a pic line and gave me 3 daily doses of gentamyacin , and 10 days of zosyn . ( zosyn ran for 20 hrs per day and genta for 1hr) .   Waited 14 days did another sputum and they told me pseudonomas has colonized but I have 2 new infections STENOTROPHOMONAS MALTOPHILIA and SERRATIA MARCESCENS.... The infectious disease doctor did not want to treat them , in fear of me getting c-diff.   Since 9/15  i have been on ceftin, bactrim, doxycycline, amoxycillin augmentin , zosyn, cetamadine, gentamyacin, zithromyacin and cypro.  I just seen my pulmanologist due to a cough she gave me ceftin  i finished that on 4/18/2016. She sent me for another sputum test , i did the test on 4/22/2016 . Now the results show the same infections above plus the pseudonomas still active. Neither my pulmanologist or infectious disease doctor can tell me how or why i am getting these infections or what part of body they can affect .  Any help would be appreciated . Nor can they tell me if they are catchy , i take care of my 3 year old grandson
