Shortness of breath that wont go away started after I took benadryl/suboxone

Hi I am experiencing shortness of breath that gets worse when i lay down. When I lay down I start to gasp for air and have to elavate my head and even still I keep having trouble breathing regularly. This all started when I took benadryl and suboxone like 5 days ago. This has happened to me years ago when i used to abuse benadryl taking 10 or more a day. This time it happened I only took half of one. Im not sure what exactly is causing it to still affect me.
