chest x ray faint opacities

My chest xray says faint opacities seen in the right upper zone 1st anterior costal space. This has the appearance of lung infection. What exactly can this be?

Your report has errors in terminology.  It should say:  faint opacities seen in the right upper lobe first intercostal space.  Then it goes on to explain it looks like a lung infection.  So the question is is it bacterial or viral ?
