Almond oil breaking down condom?

I had sex with a girl recently and I poured almond oil on my penis to help with her jerking me off. I rubbed all the oil off with a towel and put on a condom and we had sex.

However, I've read a lot on the internet that oil breaks down latex condoms. When they say oil breaks it down, does that mean when you pour oil all over the condom after it is on? Or ANY amount of oil, even if you put it on your penis first, wipe most of it off with a towel, then put on a condom?

I ask because some of the oil can still be on your skin and degrade the condom correct?

If the oil broke the condom down, you'd notice.

Here's a video that shows it happen - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2OH8CZlESs
