what could the white stuff, and redness be on my throat

about a month and a half ago i mistakenly went to a massage parlor, and i have been feeling terrible since i walked out of that place. i got a handjob at the end of my massage and i touched her vaginal area a bit she didnt seem to have many fluids so i stopped and touched her boobs. i dont believe i touched myself after touching her, but i am not sure if she touched herself and then touched me. 3 days later i woke up with the trouble to swallow and i looked at my throat, and it looked red and i noticed white spots on my throat, also looks like cobblestone throat,
my questions are
1. if an infection does so ever happen from me fingering her and her rubbing my penis could it show up on my throat?
2. i have been extremely anxious and depressed over this could any of this cause my symptoms.

Thank you for all the answers you guys respond to every day

Thank you for the reply. Can you explain why hands do not transmit STD? I also forgot to mention that I also experienced a cracked corner of my lip and an itchy upper lip this is unrelated to my existing symptoms?

With hands, there is too much movement and exposure to air to be an efficient way of transmitting STDs. Most STDs die quickly once outside the body, and when you add in the movement and air, it just doesn't happen.

Your lip symptoms are unrelated to this. That could be anxiety and dry lips, or something else entirely, but it's not related to this.

You didn't answer me about the treatment for your mental health. You don't have to, of course, but you should really consider that. You can add all kinds of "what if" details, and it won't change my answer - handjobs and fingering are no risk for STDs.

If your throat symptoms linger, see your doctor, but they are not an STD.
Thank you. I am considering getting mental help. Not a what if question, but have you ever heard or read anywhere where someone has gotten infected in such way
Nope, not ever. You wouldn't be the first, because it isn't a risk and it doesn't happen.

Please really consider the counseling and talk to your doctor about it.
You have been fully advised that your event was not a risk for STDs.  If auntijessi had heard or read about someone getting infected from such an event, she would not have told you you had zero risk.

There are no risks from handjobs or fingering. There is no risk here.

1. if an infection does so ever happen from me fingering her and her rubbing my penis could it show up on my throat?

You didn't finger her and then touch your penis - you said that. This is your anxiety talking. Even if this did happen, this is not a risk. Hands do not transmit STDs, and if you got an genital infection, it would cause genital symptoms, not throat symptoms.

2. i have been extremely anxious and depressed over this could any of this cause my symptoms.

Anxiety and depression can cause actual physical symptoms. A sore throat? I don't know.

Cobblestone throat, if that's what you have, is usually caused by post-nasal drip (allergies, cold or dry air, etc.) or reflux. It's not an infectious process unless you have a respiratory infection, like a cold or sinus infection. No STD causes any of these symptoms.  https://www.healthline.com/health/cobblestone-throat

Are you getting treatment for your anxiety and depression? That's really important. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
