It is possible but the chances are less than through intercourse.  The chances of getting HIV from oral does increase if body fluids are exchanged (e.g. semen/blood) or if the person performing oral sex has sores or cuts in his/her mouth.

I recently performed oral sex on someone and they released in my mouth.  I wasn't feeling good prior to that-headache and general malaise.  I was dignosed with strep throat 2 days later. Is there any connection.
