The other day me and a bunch of friends went swimming in our local club .me bring me, I forgot to bring spare underwear, my friend let me borrow his. Little did I know this was his Dirty pair and there was semen that covered the whole penis and anus area, it wasn’t fully dry . Could I get an std from the semen making contact with a mucous membrane? While I'm not at all sure why you didn't just go without underwear instead of wearing your friend's dirty, wet underwear, there's no risk here. Once it's exposed to air, any bacteria in the semen would start to die quickly, and by the time you put it on, there would be no risk.
