Chlamydia Prognosis

An ex told me he had chlamydia and as I couldnt see my own doctor, i took 1000mg azithromycin per day for 3 days. I had no symptoms, but we had unprotected sex for 4 weeks after he had contracted it. And then didnt find out for another 2 weeks. So if i had chlamydia, i would have had it for about 6 weeks at least. At the time of discovering this, i had mild twinges in my lower abdomen, and a slight green tinge to vaginal discharge. but im not sure if this was pyschosomatic or actually real. other than this i had felt and still feel now, physically healthy but im woried about the future. I have a number of questions as im out of the country and cant see my own doctor for 3 more weeks for proper tests.
1.What kind of damage may it have done in those 6 weeks?
2.Would the antibiotics have definitely cleared it?
3.Is there any way of knowing if it has made me infertile....before i attempt to have children? Or would those kind of tests be too extensive?
Thank you in advance

Get to a Dr and get tested. Every country has hospitals.
Just having it for a short amount of time will not have a huge effect on you. But the longer you wait the worse it can get.
