Could this be NG or CT?

2 years ago I received oral sex from a female... at that time I also masturbated a lot which lead to formation of an itchy pus pimple on my glans. The lesion turned out to be lichen planus and it is still there... regarding std tests last week (after 2 years of exposure) I have undergone all std tests including CBC, VDRL, HIV 1/2, HCV, HSV 1/2, N.Gonorrhoea, C.Trachomatis..... everything came out normal... from last 4 months I am suffering from testicular pain that extends to my groin...USG Scrotum also shows normal results...could this be the case of misdiagnosed STD like CT or NG?
My Chlamydia igG is 0.38. There was no pain while urinating...i.e. no urethritis...only consistent pain in the right test is.
