Got a Blowjob from my girlfriend and Now have to red blisters on my penis head

So I was with my girlfriend the other night and she was giving me a blowjob which was quite rough. She tugged a lot on my foreskin and I felt some pain, but not enough to tell her to stop.

The next morning when I woke up I had 2 red areas with white fluid filled blisters, almost 0.4 inches each, on the underside of my penis head, near and on the string which runs from the penis head. They hurt like hell when touched, a burning sensation.

I have an Idea that this could be burn blisters from all the friction which was produced, but then again it could be and STD. My girlfriend was checked not long ago and don't have anything except type 1 cold sores and she didn't have any outbreaks.

Hope someone can help shed some lights on what I should do.

Go to an urgent care and have them looked at/swabbed. Hsv sores would NOT show up the next morning but saying blisters raises a flag. Better to get them looked at. Probably bacterial from aggressive oral

Alright so you don't think it is herpes or any other std?  I will go get it checked
