Hepatitis B from following activities..plz help

Hello Friends,

I have been stupid enough to visit a massage parlor 4 months ago. The following activities took place.

1)I sucked her nipples for 1-2 minutes.I did not feel anything in my mouth.
2)Oral sex for less than 5 seconds(i am not really sure if the oral sex actually happened because the lady bend over my penis for few seconds and i could not see.
3)handjob

At 15 weeks i tested negative for HBsAg and Anti-HBc IgM and both are negative. My worry is about my family.I shared an icecream with my kid and pregnant wife when i had an injury in my mouth..it was not actively bleeding but i could see traces of blood around the sore. Could i have infected them by putting the spoon in my mouth and then the icecream.I am worried about the nipple part as it might have had saliva from previous customer. Please advise if i need further testing.

Thanks for your help.

You dont need testing as you had no risk for hep b. She would have been more at risk than you.
