Herpes??? Sti??

wondering if anyone has had similar symptoms and what came of it?? Sooo I recently had unprotected sex with a guy I recently started dating( I know stupid) Shortly after I’d say 3 days  my vagina and Labia started itching immensely at this time I also got my period earlier then usual and it was waaay heavier ....never hurt to pee...The other other weird symptom I had was really bad left side pelvic pain and unusual discharge...I went and got treated  for Chlamydia which helped my pelvic pain and vaginal itchy not my Labia/vulva itchy( I was negative for Chlamydia but wasn’t tested for gohnorrhea).... Once I was treated it was still really itchy ( now 3 weeks post unprotected sex)And I noticed abnormal discharge with a slight smell....I have been anal of checking my ladies parts and have had no redness or cuts or bumps....one night after itching my Labia I went to go pee and noticed bright red blood on the toilet paper. Once I exmanined myself I noticed it was coming from the left side Labia( which is where i had been itching) ....it didn’t hurt to touch and you really could even see where the blood was coming from. The next morning it was still itchy but no open cut back to light pink colour .....could this be herpes??? How can I get swapped if I don’t have any sores?? Could it be a yeast infection??? I treated with years infection cream and now everything seam back to normal other then a dull left side pelvic pain....could it be gohnorrhea??could it be herpes. I’m freaking out

The itchy sensation could be because of Chlamydia and the discharge probably because of Gonorrhea, but sometimes stds don't show any symptom at all.

It's good to test after an exposure:

-3 weeks after the exposure get tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia.
-6 weeks after the exposure get tested for syphilis. If you get it negative, would be interesting to test again after 3 months, as there are people that take longer to give a positive result.
-Regarding HIV, which is rarely spread through heterosexual relationships nowadays in developed countries you have two possibilities: 4th generation duo combo ag/ab tes after 28 days, or a 3rd generation antibody test after 90 days.
-Herpes, you can also test after 3 months.

Basically, after an exposure with someone you don';t know, or someone you have met a shor time before, it's always good to go for a full std test.

All the best.
