Insertive Oral Risk

I'm a 35 year old male. I'm nervous about my risk from insertive oral (for like 4 minites) in July 2015. To give an abridged version of this sage I have test negative for Chlamydia(NAAT), Gonnorhea (NAAT), Syphillis (RPR W FTAABS), and HIV (wasn't a risk, I know). All negative. I've apparently had hsv-1 for a while antibodies measured at 18 so no biggie there. But I've have a fairly constant tingly in my right foot, calf soreness and geographic tongue for sometime. I've also had pain coming and going in my testicle. Lastly my right rib cage shoulder have pain that is dull and fairly constant. I'd like to assume this is stress/anxiety driven but would like some input. Or I would like to know if anybody else experiences these symptoms after a similar situation. Oh I've also gone to a urologist said I was fine, nothing notbale. Had a testicle ultrasound, all good. FOUR CBCs all good....and dipsticks of urine all good. Any ideas please advise.

Yes your blowing this all out of proportions  as thinking your rib cage ache is connected to recieving brief oral sex. Symptoms from oral sex would be a white puss discharge coming from  your penis, burning while urinating, itching inside your urethra and blister type sores on your penis shaft. These are the true symptoms.

Ok, so, can you think of anything else that could be causing these symptoms? Am I just blowing all of this out of proportion with a risk aspect?

Your risk was close to zero any from brief insertive oral and your negative as evidenced by your test results. None of what you mention are symptoms of any std.
