Irritation after condom break with photo

I've had irritation that feels like it's burning on the underside of my penis that started the same night when I got home. I originally thought it was the soap since I accidentally used shampoo with Menthol & Caffeine in it which started to make it burn on impact, but since that happened Saturday and is still kind of irritated, I'm having second thoughts. Also when I pee it's kind of warm, but doesn't hurt. Had a broken condom incident for a minute or two on Saturday and unprotected oral with a sex worker. I haven't seen any bumps, scabs, pain, or anything out of the ordinary other than the on & off burning which is uncomfortable at times. Trying to figure out what's going on. Talking to the doctor over the phone later and getting tested next week. I feel like it's slowly been getting better from the first night. I did notice what looks like some irritation on the underside of my penis, but as you can see, nothing other than it looking slightly irritated. I'm a hypochondriac, so I'm not sure if I'm just mentally giving myself this symptom or if I'm actually having it. I'm just scared I may have been given an STD/STI that's uncurable.

Yesterday (Monday), I met up with her and she got tested in front of me. She said she is clean. get's tested often, and has never had unprotected sex. Her doing this was reassuring, but I'm holding off on anything until we get the results back.

What's your opinion?

UPDATE: So, the head/shaft of my penis irritation seems to have disappeared for the most part. Very happy about that, but I do still feel some irritation at the beginning base of my shaft. It's not bad by any means, but certainly, not 100% gone and I'm now 4 days out from the unprotected oral/minute of the broken condom. Still, no signs of anything other than the irritation that's doing better. I still plan to get tested next week for Gonorrhea/Chlamydia. A still waiting for the escorts results to come back which I'm expecting to come back Thursday or Friday. I'm also thinking maybe I got an infection? I was a virgin before this, so I'm also taking into consideration that my mind could be ******* with me and I'm making up some of these symptoms since I am very much a hypochondriac.

Thanks, Dave! Quick question/update. So, the irritation was mild yesterday and most of the day I was irritation free which was very nice compared to the previous 2 days. I no longer feel it in the head/shaft of my penis, but I do have some mild irritation feeling on the very bottom sides of my shaft, but not the testicles themselves. She did put her mouth on my testicles a couple of times and some salvia did get on them/in that area. Would this still be a concern in your opinion or do you still believe it's still just irritation from the oral and maybe the menthol soap? Still no discoloration, pain, painful urination, bumps, scabs, etc., 4 days out.
