Msm oral risks

Hi there.
I have given a couple guys oral sex also received. Fairly brief with no ejaculation. I haven't had symptoms other than swollen lymph nodes in groin on right side.
Just wondering what the risk is for std/hiv. I have read on here low for all but kind of worried.

Hi, so if i don't have sore/cut in my mouth and the guy I'm with doesn't have sore or cut on his genital, its okay to give him an oral?

Follow up to this question..
Since these encounters i have taken antibiotics for different ailments. 1 zpack (azithromycin), and then a 10 day course of augmentin. Would either of these have taken care of any infection i may have had?
I still have the swollen node in groin. I do have a chronically infected pilonidal abscess, which i guess could be causing the node swelling?
