Oral ghonorrhea

I gave a blowjob to someone who I thought I could trust. Two days later I got a sore throat. My throat is red, but I don't see any sores or puss. I have a very slight headache, and I'm not sure if I have a fever. Could this be oral ghonorrhea? Should I be tested? The man I was with insists he doesn't have any STD's and he is clean. I didn't see any sores on his penis. My sore throat seems to be subsiding a bit and not as red as it first was 4 days ago.

Thank you for your answer. One other question, if I may ask.........would having intercourse put my partner in danger of catching ghonorrhea, if I turned out positive for oral ghonorrhea?

It is possible but unlikely to be. You can test if you wish.
