Please help, what is this?

In late December I had a sexual encounter with a woman. Things seemed fine at first but a week later while applying lotion to my scrotum I felt a weird burning feeling. I have been using this moisturizer for years and have never felt this before. A few more weeks later I began to feel pain in my lower left back and left testicle. My left testicle seemed to feel as though It was being pulled down horribly. A couple of days later I realized that my right knee cap started to swell. So about two months after the first symptoms I have suffered from burning scrotum, pain in right testicle, swollen knee cap, and now small skin colored growths around the head of my penis (corona) So in around February I head into patient first to get tested for all STDs including herpes. All come back negative except HSV 1 but it was stated by the nurse that it was from cold sores when i was younger. I decided to just get treated for chlamydia. The pain in my testicle resided but later came back. It is now June 19th and I have still been  suffering. In between the time I have had no out breaks of any kind except for the seemingly irritated corona of my penis. The woman I slept with informed me of her having chlamydia but I was tested and treated for that twice! I was also prescribed Doxy from my urologist. I now constantly feel itching in my upper butt crack and crawling testicle feeling ALL THE TIME WITH NO BREAKOUT AND I CANT PEE PROPERLY! Its so hard for me to begin urination. I have some sort of urine retention and sometimes I urinate like 8 times a day with dribbling at the end Can anyone relate and help?? This is Hell pic added below

Was your sexual encounter protected sex with condom? If it was, I don't think there you have caught anything. If it wasn't protected, I am pretty sure your treatment for chlamydia and doxy will have taken care of most bacteria-causing STDs. It's best to conduct another test from a different doctor, if you are all cleared then that should be conclusive.

Condom or no condom you can still catch STDs
Then there is no reason for condom to exist?
I’m saying it’s not 100% guaranteed that you won’t get something. Herpes can get around even with a condom
Hi. Best to get a second medical opinion ASAP.  May not be an std but could be something else. Please people dont ever believe someone when they say they are clean because they have been tested.  Of course they won't say right out they have an std because they want to have sex with you. And could be they don't know at the time that they are infected. Or may have forgot that they had sex with some one else soon after they were treated the last time..dont take chances and don't give anyone the benefit of the doubt when it comes to sex.
