Please help me figure out what these flesh colored bumps are

A lot of small flesh colored bumps have showed up on the shaft of my penis.  They don't hurt or itch, but they are very unsightly and im afraid to have any sexual contact.  I have not had any sexual contact in about 2 months now, so I don't think it is herpes, but also, the shaft of my penis and my testicles are abnormally red and my penis looks wrinkled and dry, do you know what the problem is

If they look kinda pearly and if you squeeze one a little white coems out it could be molluscum cantagiosum which isnt a huge deal just ***** for a couple months but goes away eventually and isnt reoccuring. Just go to the doc and he will give you a cream probably but the cream is expensive as hell so hope you have medical coverage.

Bumps can be so many different things and most of the time non-STD related. It is best to see a Dr for proper diagnosis.
