Receipt of oral sex. Gonorrhoea & Chlamydia?

Hi

I'm really worried. I stupidly received brief oral sex from a female masseuse two weeks ago. Three days ago I began to suffer from testicular discomfort with minor aching & swelling. Today I have been urinating frequently, but the swelling has subsided somewhat. I have not had any discharge nor a burning sensation. I went to the health clinic this afternoon & the dr immediately tested me for chlamydia & Gonorrhoea, however, I won't receive the results until Monday. I have read that both of those STI's are rare from receiving oral sex, but I'm nevertheless incredibly anxious as I am married & have recently had sex with my wife (who is breastfeeding). What do you you think the chances are that I have contracted an STI? Can my wife transfer it through her breast milk? The dr seemed confident that I have one, which has left me terrified & ruined. Any help would be massively appreciated.

I don't think you have a std/sti. Bases on what does your doctor think it's a std/sti? I'm not familiair with std which creates swelling of the penis. Frequent urinating isn't a sign of sti. Only when Dear throat blow Job is done there is a slight chance on gonorrhoe, but then your partner would got it very recently. Chlamydia is even more rare and can't sustain in throat long (only a few days maybe, gonno Could stay in throat for a week or two, but inost cases would give a sore throat). So chance you got something and have not the normal symptoms is not big. Chlamydia and gonno are not transmitted by breastfeeding.

Hi. Thanks so much for your response. Just to let you know, it's my testicle & not my penis that is swollen. It seems strange that the dr was so convinced that I have contracted an std when I haven't had discharge or burning, but only testicle swelling, discomfort & frequent urination. Is that common for gonorrhoea & chlamydia? The dr even said that my testcle examination was perfectly normal. What are the chances of contracting gonorrhoea or Chlamydia for unprotected oral? I'm really worried for my family. Thanks again.
The symptoms don't sound like chlamydia or gonno at all. If testicle is stollen because of std, the std would be older then a few month. I can't give percentage but chlamydia in throat is very rare and it clears quite Quick. Also your penis should have gone very deep. Gonno chancevis slightly less rare, but also rare. There is a throat infection with a bacterie related to genitalic gonno, but also only really transmitted with deep throat blow-job.
