Risk for getting STDs

A few days ago I went to a lady who offered private erotic massages. The only realistic possibility would be herpes, as she sucked your testicles, but only if that lady had the lesions caused by herpes on her lips. If she didn't shave them, no infection is possible. I don;t see any risk at all in this story. No test is needed.

First of all, thanks for your answer, I really appreciate it. Thanks for taking nearly all of my concerns. There is one thing left about which I am still curious. Since she had splashes of the breast milk on her fingers and with which she performed the handjob with and thus touched my penis : would that be a risk for transfering std like syphilis, gonorrhea and etc?
