Risk for getting STDs

Hello everybody,

A few days ago I went to  a lady who offered private erotic massages. The massage took place on a not really clean couch (white spots, no real towels), which directly let some doubts came up to my mind. Clean towels were a nonsense here. Moreover, it looked like as if the old towels were used for the previous customers. The doubts were suppressed by her friendly appearance so far that I wanted to give the whole a chance. I was completely naked and she dressed but kept the panties on. After a few minutes, I noticed that she is currently in lactation, as she tried to clean herself with a handkerchief. I told her that she can put on the bra again if she would feel more comfortable than. At the end of the massage, she started giving me a handjob. In the meantime she sucked my balls. I directly told her to stop that because I wasnt feeling comfortable in that situation. She then continued and my load landed on her breasts. As far as I remember, I didnt touch her nipples with my penis. I had doubts about the whole story and so I asked her if she had any concerns about unprotected intercourse. She told me that she trusts her client. She also told me that she was diagnosed with a gonorrhea a year ago. She had a treatment done. That whole story causes certain worries and fears to rise up in my mind. No intercourse (oral (except licking the balls, vaginal or anal) has happened.

What is your opinion regarding possible STIs? Ultimately, it was just a handjob, but factors such as "balls licking", "breast milk" and the circumstances regarding the cleanliness as well as her naive way are the reasons for my worries. How would you behave? Is there a risk here? Should I get tested? I'm really crazy ..

The only realistic possibility would be herpes, as she sucked your testicles, but only if that lady had the lesions caused by herpes on her lips. If she didn't shave them, no infection is possible. I don;t see any risk at all in this story. No test is needed.

First of all, thanks for your answer, I really appreciate it. Thanks for taking nearly all of my concerns. There is one thing left about which I am still curious. Since she had splashes of the breast milk on her fingers and with which she performed the handjob with and thus touched my penis : would that be a risk for transfering std like syphilis, gonorrhea and etc?
