You´re welcome. I wish negative results. If you wouldn´t mind, tell us your results when you know them. Take care.
Hi Alex,
Thank you for your answer. I am going to go to a doctor tomorrow and take a standard set of tests.
Cheers!
Sorry I gave you bad information. I mixed up receiver vs giver in oral sex. As you used your mouth, forget about what I said about discharges and burning sensations. Your genitals have nothing to do here. You main risk are gono. It could be asymptomatic in the throat, so maybe you need a test for it. You can do it right now. Regarding syphilis the information was right. If you didn't see a sore in his/her genitals it's a good thing. If you don't develope a sore in your mouth or on your lips in 2-4 weeks it would be a very good indicator you got nothing. But a blood test 6 weeks before would tell you the answer. Sorry for the mistake!
Hi. Your risk was low. Oral sex is not a good way to transmit STD's. The fact that your partner was a transsexual increases the risk, as they have higher STD rates. But that doesn't mean your partner had a STD. Most probably she didn't. Your main concern should be gonorrhea. If you don't develope discharges or burning sensations in your genitals you most probably are free. I don't know the rates of syphilis in your country, but as far as I know in eastern Europe the rates are higher so maybe it's a concern too. Did you see any sore in his genitals? You can test for gono now and wait 5-6 weeks for syphilis. But the odds are that you got nothing.
