I am a 38 year old Caucasian Male, 72" height and 210 lbs weight, and circumcised. I am not in bad shape, stay active in my job, though its been a year or more since I've been to the gym. I am in good health. No health problems.
Ashamedly, I visited an erotic massage parlor exactly 14 days ago, in the city of Odessa, TX. I have heard there is a high rate of STD's in this area due to all the transient oil field workers, although I wasn't able to find much info on that. Could be just hearsay. I wasn't sure what to expect but the provider offered 'full service' and I obliged. She told me she was from South Korea, age 27. I engaged in protected VS, and receptive oral ( I went down on her). I think maybe I'm just having anxiety and guilt, but I still need a professional opinion. I know that this was a low risk encounter but there are mitigating circumstances that I have read would increase my chances at least theoretically. I have been a smokeless tobacco user--what is known casually as dip (think Skoal brand snuff), for about 3 years off and on. I have since quit and I'm going on one week tobacco free. My concern is that using dip causes not so much like a lesion, but causes the mucosa to be sort of 'roughed up', and that would be a possible entry point for STD's or HIV. I have no gum disease and no bleeding after brushing, and other than the disgusting habit of the dip, have fairly good oral hygiene. I brush twice a day and floss most days. The condom did not brake and the cunnilingus was brief--about 3 minutes at most. I kept my tongue mostly on the clitoris, though I 'went deep' for a few strokes of the tongue. Just prior to going down on her she had applied a lubricant, so I think mostly what I came in contact with was the lube. I remember not 'tasting' her at all. After I left I immediately swished water in my mouth and spit it out the truck window while expeditiously driving to the store, where I bought some Listerine and did multiple gargles. This may be more detail than needed but I just want to be thorough. I didn't think anything of the encounter and had no anxiety until about 4 days ago. While stepping into the shower the hot water hitting my skin immediately made me itch on both sides of my lower trunk. I wouldn't say extreme itch but enough to react and scratch it a bit. Later, after the shower I had the thought that maybe it was HIV rash so I started web searching HIV rash. Mostly what I've seen looks nothing like what I had. I think it was just a combo of dry skin and the sunburn I had from the tanning bed I went to the same day of the encounter. I'm light skinned and I tanned for the max time in the strongest bed they had. I have not been tanning at all, and so it burned me pretty good. Also the weather just recently changed and cold fronts have been moving in. I'm prone to dry skin in the cold. Anyway, the 'rash' was on both sides of my lower abdomen and nowhere else. I applied lotion and took less hot showers and after 3 days it is gone. The other symptom I'm having is fatigue. The fatigue doesn't seem normal. I usually only sleep 5-6 hours a night and I'm used to working long hours at work--10-12 hrs a day, for 6 days a week. For the last week I have been almost narcoleptic at work, and on the drive to and from the pipeline. Maybe its just stress and from not getting deep sleep. Also, my appetite has been very low, which is unusual for me.
I took two Oraquick HIV tests today that I bought at Walmart. Both were negative, but then again its only been 14 days.
