Do I have Herpes?
I have a cluster of pimples on my penis that aren’t itchy and do not contain puss. Is it possible it’s something other than herpes? When you say "right after" sex, how long is that - a few hours, a few days?
How long have you had them?
Herpes sores wouldn't appear for 2 days, at a minimum, and the chances of you getting herpes with a condom are very low.
You should let a doctor see it, though. It could be folliculitis, an allergic reaction to something, dermatitis, or a list of other things.

I’ve had them since yesterday and had sex with a latex condom the day before that. From the pictures, do they appear as herpes?
They could be, but if it is, it's not from the most recent encounter. You used a condom and they appeared too quickly to be herpes.
