Window Period

Worst mistake of my life! 25 weeks ago unprotected intercourse with someone of unkown status since then:
HIV: 4 weeks & 4.5 months (4th generation)
        7 weeks (Planned Parenthood Rapid)
3 months & 6 months (out of the closet rapid)
G&C urine 4 weeks and 7 weeks
G&C swab 6 months
Trich and BV swab 32 days
Syphillis 4 weeks 3 months 6 months
HSV 17.5 weeks
Hep A & C 13 weeks
Hep B immune due to vaccinations

All were negative still waiting on 6 month syphillis.  If that comes back negative Can I let all this go? Did I miss something to test for? Do I need to retest for anything?

Hello, most one time unprotected encounters even if your partner is infected do not result in infection. It is good you got tested to put your mind at ease and confirm that you did not get anything from this encounter . You should believe all your results and move on. I’m not sure what syphilis test you took but it can be tested as early as 3-6 weeks.

The RPR test and the 6 month came out negative as well...now im worried about the herpes test I took at 17 weeks doctor says it does not need to be retaken due to no symptoms
Herpes test are conclusive at 12 weeks. You really need to not worry you did some extensive testing honestly overboard considering it was a onetime encounter. I would try to put this behind you and don’t let anxiety get the better of you that is the real risk here
Herpes yearly  transmission rates for couples who have unprotected sex twice a week and avoid having sex during an active out break  are 4%
The bottom line is that std are not as easy to catch as most people believe.
