What happens to std discharge over time?

I don't know if I'm just paranoid or what... I had oral about 3 years ago and I've had discharge for as long as I can remember. It never bothered me or caused any foul pain or odor. Now looking and learning about it, It does look a bit off and I'm getting paranoid. What does the std eventually do to your body if it's not treated? It's been 3 years... I haven't had any other symptoms. Am I on the clear?

Hi with stds like gono and chlamydia they would clear up by the bodies natural immune system with in about 2 month but with things like syphilis you would need to be treated and with things like herpes there is no cure at present. since you mention discharge it would be more related to gono and chlamydia but also with a discharge it would be white puss with burning while urinating so if you did not have that happening theres no symptom of an infection.
