Symptoms from cunnlingus

I recently performed cunnilingus at massage parlour worker. She had no sore, foul smell or visible issues on her vagina. There was no fellatio or genital to genital contact involved. There was a handjob with oil though. 2 weeks later I noticed a red spot on the base of my glans. It itches a bit but not all the time. It looks a bit like a small cut if I observe closely or with a flashlight. This is freaking me out. Could it be syphilis or herpes? Would oral transmission show up on genitalia? To make myself at peace I say it’s just the oil and handjob that may have caused redness, balanitis like symptoms. Please help.
