If your partner is faithful and you're her only partner, then she should be clear. Women get tested just like men do. For routine testing a doctor suggests or because they worry their partner cheated or they had sex with someone outside of their relationship and want to make sure they didn't catch anything. But she will probably get ticked off if you grill her as to why she's testing. So, don't do it and don't worry about it. If you are worried you gave her something, since you tested negative for everything, you didn't.
