What Are the Risks of Making Out and Fingering a Prostitute? Any Science Behind It?

Hi Everyone,

If I want romance with another woman, I may go see a prostitute.

For some reason, what really turns me on is the romance and the power of giving an attractive woman an orgasm.

Instead of sex, I want to pay her to kiss and rub her clitoris, finger her, etc. to give her an orgasm.

1.  What are the risks of kissing?  What diseases could I get?

2.  Again, as my other posts show, I am careful with what I do.  If it was a regular woman I met at a nightclub, bar, etc. there would be a very small risk.

On the off-chance, I got mouth herpes, etc. I would just tell that woman through a text message, tell the person I met, etc.

What about with women who have lots of exposure, sure as regular prostitutes?

The chances of getting anything from this are very low and the only thing you could get is oral hsv1 - oral herpes - if you don't already have it. Two-thirds of adults globally have oral hsv1, and 90% never get symptoms.

There is no risk from fingering - you won't get anything from this at all. If you have a cut on your finger, I'd wait until it was healed, but otherwise, it's fine. You can get something called herpetic whitlow, which is herpes on your finger if your skin is broken. It's rare, but can happen.

Thanks for the encouragement.

1.  How exactly do people get Oral Herpes?  Doesn't it require each person has broken skin on the lips and extended kissing?

2.  I can start with broken activity.  Maybe if I want more pleasure, I can get her to give me oral with a condom, while I touch her other areas.

No, your lips are mucus membranes. They have thinner skin than that of your thighs, back, arms, etc., and don't need to have breaks. Many people get it in childhood from an adult who kissed them. If you didn't get it as a kid, you can get it as an adult from kissing. A sore does not have to be present in order to transmit.

Yes, oral sex with a condom is very safe.

There is no way to do this 100% risk free. There is no such thing as 100% safe sex, except with 2 people in an absolute monogamous relationship who are STD-free. I don't know why your wife has given you permission to do this, but is she aware of the risks involved?
