Unprotected oral sex and STD (MSM)

I am a male, and I made a mistake of receiving unprotected fellatio from a high-risk male of questionable morals and hygiene, for 5 minutes max. (let's call that day 0) can't confirm his status. I live in central Europe.
I have the perfect girlfriend..... the extreme embarrassment, guilt and anxiety drove me to seek a professional as soon as I could. I had not noticed abnormal pain, discharge or lesions or sores so far.
Day 3 - I did a swab test panel for a few STDs including trichomonas, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea. Agreed to follow up with the blood test 6 weeks later. Worried a lot, and started being extrasensitive of my penis.
Day 6 - went back to the doctor without symptoms for gonorrhea, he adv. me I should've had some gonorrhea symptoms by then. as a precaution he prescribed me 4,5g azithromycin - 1g at once, then daily 2x500mg for the remaining 3 and Half days (morning and evening)
Day 20 - received negative results from the swab test, doctor advised me to be careful with having sex with my girlfriend for a few days
Day 25 - doctor had my penis briefly inspected if there is any sign of a syphilis sore developing, advised he sees nothing but I should keep sexual contact to a minimum with no oral until he can do the blood test for syphilis\hiv at around day 40 or so.
It is now day 30, still didnt see the big chancre and worried something is there but I can't notice it. I might have my neck lymph nodes swollen a bit, or just overthinking. whatever temporary tiny spot or something I find on my penis I get instantly anxious I might infect my gf.

my questions would be:
1.- how likely is that I contracted any STD at all? Mostly concerned about Syphilis, but want reassurance on the spread of HIV or possibly others.
2.- with my gf, I managed to keep sex to a minimum (4 times since day 0) could I have passed anything to her? we always engage in unprotected oral (for both) and protected vaginal intercourses.
3.- how safe it is for her if we return to having sex normally?
4.- what effects could have the mentioned azithromycin dosage done? was it enough to prevent an early syphilis?
5.- I'd also like to know if the azithromycin may have just dampened the symptoms of syphilis and I might be positive?

thanks!

Hi.
1. very low risk and if he did not have any lip sore and you did not have any sore on your penis for the germs to enter you can rule out syphilis.
2. Herpes would be the issue from oral sex.
3. with out testing negative for herpes 3 months post exposure would still put her at risk.
3. its not without herpes testing
4. herpes is the main issue and it doesnot repond to medication
5. you can rule out syphilis but testing at the 6 week mark would be conclusicve.
