Its feer again

I am a bit worried that for some reason I don't remember all details of what happened. I was not drunk though. I am just scared. I want to know whether external contact of genitals would transfer HIV? I would also like to know, since I took a double antibody and antigen test after 3 weeks that showed up negative, how sure can I be about my health?

"this was my previous question on this forum A few days ago I went to a sex worker in Germany. I did not have sex with her, I just hugged her with my shorts on and played with her(no kissing). Then she took my penis out and started to press on its head with her hand. I touched her vagina but not in the middle, just near the extremities. Am I at risk of STDs? should I get Tested? What if I rubbed my eyes or mouth before washing my hands (I didn't notice any fluid on my hand as I avoided touching the wet part)? I usually masturbate every second day with a pillow and i did that a day before. I am worried that some fluid might have entered my urethra by her hand even though I didn't notice her touching her vaginal area."

I fear I have one more question please

can hiv not infect me if some of her vaginal fluids precum were mixed with my  sperm and then when she was cleaning my shorts with dry tissue papers she picked some on her figures? she then press hardly over the head of my penis and rubbed the urethra. Is that still a no risk situation? My question can help a lot of people and not only me :D
