major sti concern after night out

hi every i am having major regret after an encounter i had with a person who i thought was a woman who actually turned out to be transgender. after a night out at the bar i took this girl back to my place after the bar. we made out and then she performed oral sex on me and we went to sleep. and then in the morning we fooled around more and she performed oral sex on me again with no condom. only after when we were getting ready to shower did she tell she was transgender and then proceeded to tell me that she was also a prostitute or as she put it "an escort" i asked her to please leave and then asked her why she didnt tell me before... that was early sunday morning into sunday morning and now it's wednesday and im freaking out about what i can have. am i at risk for any sti's and how soon would i feel the symptoms, i have felt some weird tingling on my penis and even my penis head feels itchy. i have not noticed any discharge or burning but its only been a few days. i am starting to get sweaty palms and my face gets really hot. i dont know what to do. please help me...

In general 2-10’days is a pretty good window for most std’s to show.

Tingiling could be focused anexity. Most stds would cause a discharge from the urethra. Others cause a lesion.

In general oral sex is pretty safe even unprotected, but there are low risks. Deep theoating increases the risks as stds are typically found at the back of the throat. Risks would include Herpes, gono, syphillis, ngu, HPV.
