oral sex

I went to a massage parlor and the experience was more that i had expected. I ended up getting oral sex without a condom. Is it worthwhile for me to get a STD screening? I know I can't get HIV but I'm worried about other STDS.

Thanks

Oops - you wouldn't get anything on your hand either, and no, symptoms wouldn't appear that fast either.

If you gave oral sex to someone, your risk would be an oral std, not a genital one.

I agree, I wouldn't see a doctor unless you start having symptoms.  I don't think Chlamydia can be transmitted this way - from what I have read, oral Chlamydia infections are very rare, if not non-existant.
Good luck,

The risk for contracting an STD from recieving oral sex is low. Herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis, and chlamydia can be transmitted this way. If you experience any symptoms such as burning while urinating, discharge, or sores on or around your genitals you should see a doctor.
