Another mutual masterbation q

I hate to even bother asking the same question everyone else asks,, but I really value this sites opinion. I would also like some peace of mind(for my own case) 3 1/2 weeks ago I was involved in mutual masterbation with a escort. She touched me and I touched her as well.. I am currently in a 4 yr relationship, and have never done anything this horrible. I followed up with a test for chlamydia and gon. Both negative. Symptoms seemed to appear. I have a small single bump on my pubic region. Slight abdominal pain and what seems to be blockage during ejaculation. So I went to the doctor, he seemed to believe it is constipation
