Am I at risk of contracting hiv or any STD?

I am male 28 years old
I had sex three times with the same female sex worker
The first was on 01/07/2022, protected sex, but unprotected oral sex
The second was on 16/08/2022 and it was unprotected oral sex only
The third was on 02/09/2022, it was protected sex and unprotected oral sex
On 19/08/2022, it appeared like acne on my back, it was so  much , and I felt a slight pain in the middle of the penis, so I did p24 antigen/body test for hiv on  22/08/2022, and all the results appeared negative
On  27/08/2022, I had a cold, and I felt a lack of concentration with the continuation of  pain in the penis, and there became  little pain on both sides of the testicles.
i did urine anlayis there was Leukocytes in the urine and small increase protin, and I did an HIV test, and the result was negative. The doctor told me that there was an infection, and he gave me an anti-inflammatory that I did not stick to. After a month, urination became more difficult, and I felt a high temperature, and it was continuously 37.2, so I went to the doctor and did a full blood test, and the results were normal as well. The CRP test was 0.8 md/l, and the doctor told me there was a slight infection, so I did Urine culture analysis and the results were completely normal, although there was a rise in the number of white blood cells in the urine.

Yes, you are at risk for an STD.

Unprotected oral sex puts you at risk for gonorrhea, chlamydia, NGU/NSU and syphilis. It also is a risk for genital herpes type 1 if you don't already have oral hsv1.

Given your symptoms and that you have white blood cells in your urine - do you know the level? - it could be gonorrhea, chlamydia, or NGU/NSU.

What medication did the doctor give you that you didn't finish? Do you know the name?

You didn't have a risk for HIV, and don't need to keep testing for that.

You need to get tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU/NSU. NGU/NSU means non-gonococcal or non-specific urethritis, which is an infection in your urethra caused by any infection that isn't gonorrhea.

It can be caused by chlamydia, normal mouth bacteria, viruses, etc.

It is really important that you get specific STD testing. Follow up with your doctor very soon.

thank you for answer
my urinalysis
leucocytes 12-10 / filed
i said my crp is 0.8 i was wrong is 8 mg/l
medication did the doctor give me is AKSEF 500MG
Okay, so that medication is cefuroxime, which might kill gonorrhea, but there is a lot of resistance to it, so it's no longer the recommended treatment.

It will not cure chlamydia, NSU, etc.

A CRP of 8 could mean an acute bacterial infection, like an STD, but it could also mean other things.

The leukocytes at that level need treatment, probably, but you should get testing to find out if you have gonorrhea or chlamydia. If those are negative, that means you have NSU, and the treatment will be doxycycline.
Oh, the treatment could also be azithromycin, but should be doxy.
Thank you very much
You're welcome. :)
