Am I imagining STD symptoms?

Is it possible to imagine std symptoms? I really feel like I am imagining tingling, pain, and urgency to urinate.    Everytime I have protected intercourse with a "new" woman I get a strange feeling in my penis. It always last till i buckle and see a Dr who prescribes antibiotics. Over the years I have been tested a dozen time with negative results (besides my time in the Navy). Is it possible a new vagina might have different chemical balances that my penis reacts to? When I am with a woman on a regular basis there is no issues.  I have prostitis so suttle discharges and pain are common but amplified after these new experiences. I would really like some advice other than the 90 days of cipro.

nothing would cause symptoms just the first time you have sex with someone. perhaps it's just getting all your muscles used to getting some "action" again that causes your symptoms?

Just first time I have sex with a new lady. It's really a mental thing I imagine. That's why I am curious if my mind is strong enough to create these symptoms.

do you also get symptoms when masturbating?  do they tend to occur in long term relationships each time you have sex or usually just in the beginning of a relationship?

30, I was diagnosed with chronic prostitis in 09. I'm just wondering why these symptoms are always exadurated after a new sexual partner?

If your using condoms then these symptoms would not be related. Frequency of urination could be bladder or prostate. How old are you.
