After Sex I always remove the condom and fill with water to check if its okay...and never has the condom broke or ripped....before Jan i had done a blood test and it was all okay.

However today Friday morning 25th may i have noticed small boils on my skin of my penis....NOT PAINFUL NO  fluid, no redness, nothing...!!! its just there so i scratch one off and i started bleeding....

I am very scared WHAT have i done to myself.... WHAT IS THIS..!!

Please reply thanks

First you need to relax - I'm sure i'ts not a huge deal. It either sounds like genital warts (which usually can be removed easily) or it might be Herpes... but it doesn't really sound like that.

I would advise you to make an appointment with skin/sex doctor. It's embarrassing but it's your best chance for being diagnosed and treated. You might want to go to a private doctor if privacy is an issue.

Also, you can post a picture here to help with the diagnosing what you got.
