BUMP ON TESTICLES PLEEEZ HELP

About a week ago I noticed a bump on my left testicle that in kind of deep and itches like crazy. It has not changed in appearence at all cant pop it or nothing has come out of it. Here is the kicker my gf has a bump a lot like this one on the inside of her labia majora hers showed up about the same exact time mine did. She still has hers and it has in no way shape or form changed in appearence but she did say after taking a hot bath she squeezed some thick white pus out of hers. she shaved about 2 or 3 days prior to her bump she says,I however do not shave. Could this be herpes? Would we both get a bump at pretty much the same time if it was herpes? Do herpes appear on the scrotum (mine are pretty low on the scrotum really nowhere near the penis)? Any responses will be greatly helpful and apprciated!!!
Thanks,T

A bump on the testicle can indicate testicular cancer, but not always.  Please go to your doctor and get this checked out asap!

hmm nope doesnt sound like herpes at all, sounds like an ingrown hair follucle or a cloged pore. I can tell u if it were herpes that it would have appeared smaller and more then one bump, especially after 1 week u would see like 10 bumps if u had herpes.
