Discharge after protected sex

Hi there, after some advice please. 13 days ago I had sex with a female sex worker. Everything was fully protected (vaginal and oral) and the condom did not break. At around day 7, I noticed some clear discharge in the morning which went away later that day, on day 13 (today), I have noticed a white discharge and increased urgency to urinate. Currently on holiday in Egypt so cannot test until back in the UK, so any advice would be greatly appreciated as my anxiety is in overdrive. Could this perhaps be a coincidental fungal infection ?

Discharge in the morning is normal, but if it's lasting through the day, even part of the day, that isn't.

It could be fungal, it could be a urinary tract infection totally unrelated to the sexual activity, or something else entirely.

How long are you on holiday? Keep an eye out for any fever, cramping, blood in your urine. If you see any of those, get to a doctor, even in Egypt. If you're going to be in Egypt for longer than a week or so, find a doctor there.

Thank you very much for the reply. The discharge has all but gone today, swapped out the fizzy drinks and alcohol for water only: I am here for the remainder of the week and will get to my local GU clinic in Nottingham (UK) once home.

I had been overly anxious wondering if I was that 0.01 % chance that the condom did not prevent STI transmission despite remaining intact. I had a similar episode approximately a year ago and following numerous tests, it was confirmed to be thrush, so perhaps this is another bout of that. I will keep you posted, but thank you again for taking the time to reply.
If alcohol and fizzy drinks (caffeinated?) were contributing to it, it might be prostatitis. You could have also just been really dehydrated - vacation, sun, alcohol, caffeine all adds up. Dehydration can irritate the bladder.

Enjoy the rest of your trip, and definitely keep me posted. :)
