Balls licked & handjob with saliva and fresh shaved at genital. Any STDs risk?

day 1, I had my balls licked and my penis was got handjob with her saliva by someone. I didnt see any blood on her saliva (but im not sure). An hour before that incident, i shaved my penis and balls. That day, i didnt see any open sore in her lips but after a few days, she said that she had canker sores (idk for sure, it can be something worse maybe chancre, ulcer, or anything).

day 3, i was feeling my left arm itching and sometimes in right arms, and its worse at night. its getting better days by days. and after 14days, i dont feel any itch anymore.

day 10, i had protected vaginal sex with my regular partner and we did oral sex. 2 days later, she was feeling itching in her left arm also and its getting better days by days.

day 21, i went to doctor and the doctor said he did not find any sore at my genital. i had tested for rapid HIV and Syphilis and it all negative.

i think for 21 days, i had some flu like symptons, i dont feel pain while urinating or itching at my genital, and i think there is no sore at my genital. maybe i had canker sores but im not sure.

So, my questions are,

1) is there any STD's risk getting handjob with saliva and balls licked?
2) what std test should i take next time?
3) 3 weeks test of HIV & Syphilis can be trusted?
4) my anxiety hits me a lot, should i move on from this incident? i am afraid i transmit to my regular partner.

Thanks.

No real risk from these events. You could argue a theoretical risk from HSV and syph from licking the balls, but the risk is incredibly low it is not worth worrying over

2) what std test should i take next time?
None

3) 3 weeks test of HIV & Syphilis can be trusted?
the gold standard is 4 for HIV and 6 with syphilis. You were never at risk for HIV at all and so little risk for syphillis I wouldnt worry.

4) my anxiety hits me a lot, should i move on from this incident? i am afraid i transmit to my regular partner.
Yep - move on.

Thanks for your fast reply, relieved me a lot for sure!

So, if there was open cut caused by my shaving, is it still save from HIV/Herpes/Syphilis/other STD? Because maybe there was a contact between her open sore in mouth with mine while licking my balls.

Then, about i feel itchy in my arms then getting better in weeks, what is it? STDs symptons? There is also some small bumps in my arms but they are not grouping and not pain.

Thanks again.
And about the risk that so little/incredible low. is there any real cases std spreads like my incident? Thanks!
No. Only if there is an open sore, and that would need some pretty harsh rubbing to transmit. Like in the 0.00001% chance kind of thing. Not worth your time. Using words like Maybe or what if does not change my mind at all. Small cuts from shaving create a protective layer over the wound so quick. It is deep cuts which cause the issues, not small nicks.

As GuitarRox has said below, itchy arm is not an STI. It is however a sign of anxiety.

Move on from this event.
Thank you so much, im gonna move on from this incident from now. god bless ur kindness

I can not think of a single std related illness that is going to cause itching in the arm. You sound very anxious. You had no risk for HIV, that needs to be made clear Never needed a test I think you got solid advice. No further testing needed and your anxiety is impacting how you are perceiving things. Work on the anxiety.
