Body to Body Massage risk of STD

Hello, I hope all are well.

I went to a massage parlour and received a body to body massage from female. I instantly regretted, I am a hypochondriac and have had major STD related anxiety since and have been imaging symptoms and overthinking.

I was lying down and she got on top of me and rubbed her body on mine, no anal, vaginal or oral penetration at all. He groin might of come in contact with my penis for a second or two but no penetration and was only that. Is there any risk of an STD from that? Especially chlamydia or Ghono?

I feel like the answer is no and I need to calm my anxiety but would appreciate some piece of mind so much!

Thank you!
Harry

No real risk of anything here.....

Absolutely no risk of HIV, chlamydia and gonorrhoea .
Theoretical / very very very small risk of syphilis and HSV but it is so so so so small, it is not would thinking about. Less than 1%.

Personally, I would not worry at all!
